Diane lives and works in Herefordshire where she has been busy designing and making cakes for clients since moving here ten years ago, many of her clients have come back time and time again,initially through the wedding cake, then on to christenings then birthdays. Her abilities with sugar flowers are her main forte but runouts and now novelty cakes have increased her reputation with her clientele.

The Banner at the top of the page is a frill design from a wedding cake , this is also stretched version of the small rose shown on the navigation page on the left, showing the intricate work required to give a cake a finished and professional touch.
